CineShot is an app published by Diavallan Fearon (AppGod / Builders Music), Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what data CineShot handles and how.
CineShot does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal data. Everything you create stays on your device. There are no user accounts, no servers that store your information, no analytics, no advertising, and no crash-reporting services.
Your videos, photos and camera settings. This data is kept inside the app on your device and is not sent to us or to any third party. Your device's own backup system (for example iCloud or Google device backup, if turned on) may include app data under that provider's terms; CineShot does not control or read those backups.
CineShot does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13 — because it does not collect personal information at all.
Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot recover it for you and there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
